Your treatment considers all elements affecting your health: emotions, nutritional challenges (including food sensitivities), and structural or energetic stresses. Kinesiology is a non-invasive complementary therapy that uses muscle response testing to ask the body for feedback. This allows me to find the most beneficial technique to restore equilibrium and optimal well-being.

During the initial consultation we go through your full medical history. Afterwards, you will lie fully clothed on a treatment couch and I will muscle test and identify exactly what is involved and devise a plan of action together.
Imbalances are identified and corrected immediately using a variety of techniques such as structural corrections, energy work, emotional balancing. Suggestions and advice may include incorporation or elimination of certain foods, nutritional supplements, relaxation and other techniques, lifestyle changes and more.
Everyone is unique with their own set of needs. As a result, your treatment plan with be individual to you. There may also be suggested diet/lifestyle changes. The best results can be achieved when clients take full responsibility for their own health and well-being. My job is to support you during and/or between sessions if required.
It suits most people’s recovery to have an appointment once a month. In some urgent cases, appointments may be more often, but this is rare. If the client feels an improvement that then recedes completely over the time between treatments, then it may be worth booking an appointment sooner the next time, to enable ongoing improvement, rather than returning to ‘square one’. At other times a longer gap may be recommended, to allow nutritional supplements or lifestyle changes to fully take effect.
Yes, Kinesiology is a safe, non-invasive therapy that supports the body's natural healing processes.
Kinesiology can be just as effective when done from a distance. Distance healing works by channelling energy remotely, allowing it to be received and have a healing impact on your body and mind. With this approach, you don’t need to be physically present to experience the benefits. Sessions can be conducted over the phone, Zoom, and at a mutually agreed-upon time.
Kinesiology does not diagnose, treat, and/or work with named diseases. We focus on balancing the body’s energy and promoting its own healing abilities. We look at how the person would like to feel or what they would like to achieve.
Muscle testing is based on biofeedback, and we can identify exactly what is involved and devise a plan of action together.
Kinesiology can help children in many ways. If they are having difficulty with learning, concentration, comprehension, memory, or any other aspect. There are several techniques and exercises they can use to enhance brain function and help them achieve their potential.
If there are situations where it is not possible to muscle test, then I can use a surrogate to maintain contact with the baby. The surrogate is muscle tested to determine what is going on and what is required.
Kinesiology can be used to work out what supplements you need to take. We can test to see how many to take and how often you need to take them. It prevents you taking and spending money when they may not be beneficial for you.
Kinesiology treats the person as an Individual and our body needs different amounts of certain nutrients at different times in your life. For example, the ability to absorb and process some nutrients decreases with age. So older adults may need more of certain vitamins and minerals.
